By booking the Pepper June Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
 • Full payment is required to secure your studio hire.
 • Your booking is not confirmed until both payment and agreement to these terms have been received.
 • Access to the studio is provided only during your confirmed booking time.

2. Studio Hire Inclusions

Your hire includes access to:
 • Styled studio space
 • 7m x 6m x 4.5m cyclorama wall
 • Equipment as listed on our website at time of booking
 • 2-person hair & makeup station
 • 2 clothing racks
 • 1 steamer
 • Portable paper backdrop stand

Inclusions are subject to change and availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 • More than 7 days prior to hire date: Full refund
 • 48 hours to 7 days prior: 50% refund
 • Within 48 hours: Non-refundable

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability.

4. Studio Use Rules

To ensure the space remains beautiful and safe for all clients:
 • The studio must be left clean and tidy.
 • No smoking or vaping indoors.
 • Only booked areas may be accessed (no entry to upstairs office level).
 • Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
 • Pets are permitted only with prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
 • Children must be supervised at all times.
 • The hirer is responsible for any damages caused during the booking period.

5. Cyclorama Wall Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of our cyclorama:
 • Clean footwear or shoe covers must be worn.
 • No standing, sitting, or leaning on the curved section of the wall.
 • No children or pets permitted on the curve.
 • Repaint fee: $150 (must be requested with at least 1 week’s notice).

6. Overtime
 • Overtime is charged at $95 per hour, subject to availability.
 • Pack-down must be completed within your booked timeframe.
 • Overtime cannot be guaranteed without prior approval.

7. Liability & Insurance
 • Pepper June is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the hire period.
 • The hirer is responsible for their own equipment, clients, crew, and belongings.
 • Public liability insurance is strongly recommended for all commercial hires.

8. Termination of Hire

Pepper June reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately if the hirer or their clients:
 • Breach any of these terms, or
 • Behave in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or damaging to the studio.

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to breach of terms.
